Store Manager
The Store Manager serves as the leader for most needs within the Firestone store and greater team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to – building customer service and loyalty; driving store sales and promotions; managing payroll, budgets & store goals; understanding tire sourcing and the competitor landscape; record keeping and maintaining relevant financial information; managing scheduling & allocating staff based on skill level; attending paid training to stay informed on new developments within the industry; and most importantly, creating results for customers, teammates and the overall company.
A 2-year college degree or equivalent is preferred. Management experience and success in the retail sector required.
